Curried Pumpkin Soup

1 15oz can pumpkin
1 14oz can chicken or vegetable broth
1 13oz can coconut milk
1 16oz jar curry cooking (or simmering) sauce
1 cup apple juice
salt and pepper
1 tbls chopped cilantro

Combine all except cilanto. Simmer for 5 minutes, stir in cilantro.
