Enavi is 1!

Enavi is officially one year old! It is hard to believe that it was a year ago that she came in to our lives. What a blessing! Her birthday ended up being a bit more eventful than we would have liked, with an ambulance ride for Jevin and me to the ER due to an asthma attack related to a cold that he has (Enavi is sick, too). Despite our absence, the party went off without a hitch and I hear that Enavi was a wonderful hostess. Jevin and I missed the entire event, but we celebrated again yesterday. Jevin is doing fine and hopefully he and Enavi will be back in full swing in a couple of days. Here are a couple of pics from the birthday weekend:

Chit chat

Enavi likes to chat on the phone. The conversation tends to be one sided, but she really enjoys playing!

Ducks and Geese at the Park

The kids had fun playing with ducks and geese at the park. The ducks were less than 2 feet away which was a big excitement.

Looking for Muskies!

Instead of walleye runs in the Spring we have Muskie runs! The muskies are about done jumping up the waterfall these days but Jevin, Enavi and Dad did see two muskies over 3 feet long getting ready to jump! It was a lot of fun all around.

Our neighbors have been doing some work with bulldozers, clearing out some trees. We stopped to take a closer look on our walk last night.
