Hot and Spicy Shrimp Stir-Fry

I don't have a specific recipe to follow on this one, so just start
chopping fresh veggies and wing it.

In 2 Tbls. hot oil, saute the following for about 3 minutes:
- 3/4 c. chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 Tbls. minced garlic
- 1/4 c. chopped carrots
- chopped celery if you like

Then add:
- 1 package sliced, fresh mushrooms
- 1 package raw shrimp that has been deveined and shelled
- 1 c. coarsely chopped green cabbage
- 1 small package of pre-cooked Thai noodles
Saute till shrimp are just turning pink.

Add:
1 package of SunBird Hot and Spicy Schezwan Mix that has been mixed with:
1/4 c. water
2 TBLS. soy sauce
2 TBLS. sugar

Saute for another minute or two and serve with peanuts on top and rice
underneath.
